Welcome to Bangalore !!!

Wow, Bangalore!!!!!! The most common destination for any Indian IT employee!! Now whats this hype all about?? Is Bangalore really that gr8 a place to get settled in?!! Hmmm ... lets see ...

Hi all, I was staying in Bangalore for the last 2 yrs, just b4 getting transferred to Chennai recently. I would like to share some things which I thought could be of little use for someone who is about to go to move to Bangalore or maybe, new to Bangalore.

Bangalore - The City:
Bangalore has always been one city in India many people wish to get settled in. infact foreigners who come to India too target this city mainly for its weather, IT explosion, infra structure and ofcourse girls :P. Being a metropolitan city, Bangalore surely meets its expectations for a good standard of living.

Climate:
There's always been a hype about Bangalore's climatic conditions. But due to the heavy population / pollution in recent past, and maybe due to "global warming" thats happening, I did not find it similar to how Bangalore was, some 5-10 yrs back. However, during dawn and dusk, its more towards the cooler side. Nevertheless, climate acts as an important factor for many to get shifted to this city!!

Population:
The Bangalore population is quite a diversified crowd. You have people from different parts of the country. However, a large proportion is from South India. In recent times, the population has drastically increased due to a major increase in the relocation of software engineers to this city.

Transportation:
In Bangalore, traffic is the biggest enemy you can ever think of. You need to plan your visits well in advance as you are most likely to be late. Be it within the city or city outskirts, the traffic control is bad. Due to heavy traffic, the pollution too is high. Since the population is diversified, my personal opinion is that there would not be much understanding between the drivers. So the accident rates might just be cropped up a little more here (not sure of stats though!!).

If you have vehicle, your fuel expenses might shoot up if you’re frequently traveling in such conditions. The roads too, in most places in Bangalore, are not upto the mark. Importantly, there are not too many alternatives available, so on most occassions, the traffic gets stagnated.

About other modes of transportation, travelling by buses are quite expensive compared to that of Chennai. however, you can get a pass for Rs.25 and may use it ‘n’ number of times, anywhere around the city on that particular day.

As for auto rickshaw’s, they tend to be little arogant like most auto rickshaw wallas we find down south (Kerala cud jus b an exception) ... ! If ur travelling after 9 pm, they charge one & half the meter rate.

However, the most common form of transportation are the cabs and vans that take double the number of people to what they can actually accomodate :D!! But none of us really bother, we need to go from one place to another, so these tend to be helpful indeed!!

Language:
The local language here is Kannada. But trust me, the population here is diversified and these shopkeepers are so talented that the speak in so many languages (hindi, tamil, english, mallu, kannada, telugu)!!. Maybe outside Bangalore, its predominantly kannada, but in Bangalore, all south Indian languages are equally spoken!!

Hangouts:
The best hangout for youth is MG Road/ Brigade Road. Otherwise, there are many many plazas, restaurants, multiplexes and so on. But whatever anyone says, nothing can be compared to the environment we have at Beasant Ngr beach ;)!!

Food:
Again, there are different styles of restaurants to the likes of people from Andra, Kerala, TN, etc. Amazing choices too from the 7 star “Leela Palace” hotel to the road side potti kadais.

Chennai-Bangalore:
Well, if your from any place in Tamil Nadu and get associated with Bangalore due to job, then here are some travel options available:

  • KSRTC (www.ksrtc.in)
  • SETC
  • Private Bus Services like KPN (www.kpntravels.in), Parveen Travels (www.parveentravels.com), etc.
  • Train (http://www.southernrailway.org/acc_avl.php)
  • Life @ Bangalore:
Some expenses which you might want to consider if your planning to stay here (on a monthly basis) :

    Rent (approx)

  • 3000 / 3500 (Paying Guest Accommodation with food)
  • 5000 (single bedroom)
  • 7000 (double bedroom)
  • 9000 (triple bedroom)

  • Food

  • 2500 (for non-veg maybe 500 extra)

  • Phone
Vodafone is quite the most common provider (sorry, cant write those plans here cos they keep changing it almost everyday!)

  • Approximately Rs.1000

  • Traveling

  • Depends on ur mode of transportation
  • Traveling to your hometown once would cost around Rs.300 (including auto, etc.)

  • Other Expenditure
  • Rs.1000

  • Conclusion:
Well, this is all I have to tell you about Bangalore, ofcourse there are lots more when you come here!! This is totally my perception of whats hap here and out of my experience alone I'be written this. Im leaving it to you to decide if you prefer to get settled here!!

the guys got ready & suresh, v.b, lash, ash, madhu, bala & ramkey left to the railway station by 11.40 ...

then sri, arun, munni & myself, took another auto & started to leave but suddenly ... the lodge keeper was asking for one of the room keys ... but none of us had it ... we told him we'll go to the station & ask the other guys if they had it ... and the keeper agreed & suggested to send the keys through the automan itself ...

so we left & reached the station & asked the guys ... and v.b had it with him ... we quickly called the automan & gave it to him. we later called up the lodge keeper & confirmed the receipt of the keys.

the time was 12 & the train had not yet arrived ... we were waiting for the guruvayur express that wud bring us back to chennai ...

as we were waiting, i just thought of the wait we had ... 3 days back ... same time ... same feeling ...

8th June 2004, Tuesday, 12 noon (Chennai, Egmore):
It was Vaigai Express that we'd booked on the 8th, at 12.30 noon. We were waiting at Egmore station. I saw each one's eyes & felt their anxiety within them ... each minute they were waiting, each second they were waiting, they became more & more anxious. We were all waiting for our train which was late by 10 min. Everyone's face was immediately enlightened at the arrival of our train. The wait was worth an HOUR, for us.

We had planned to go to Madurai on 8th, stay at Ramanathan's lodge that evening ... next morning, leave to kodai & on 10th evening, return to Madurai ... leave next afternoon to Chennai.

Suresh & Kailash had booked the train tickets for 10 of us, excluding Ramanathan, who was in Madurai & Munni, who told he was'nt comin. Then suddenly, Munni changed his mind & wanted to come, (thus was given a new name - 'lateral entry' !!!). So we had to get him a ticket & we did.

Very soon, everyone got into the train (actually, rushed to get the window seat !). When the train started to make its first move, everyone of us felt within us that we had to make this into a wonderful & enjoyable trip, but, at the back of our minds, we also had a bad feeling that we were going to miss OUR Chennai for the next 3 days.

As the time passed on, we started playing cards, doing a couple of tricks with it, then, we all played dumb charades for some time ... we ate, then we took a couple of snaps ... then we played antakshari, then we whiled away our time chatting, and guess what ... we'd reached Madurai !!!

Ramanathan came to the station to take us all to his lodge (Abirami Lodge). We took a couple of auto rickshaw's to reach that place. We were alloted 3 rooms ... i'll tell u what, there were a lot of mosquitoes ... anyway, it was Madhu who was flat, i mean, he was off to bed very soon, maybe he was too tired. Raman went home that nite & told us he wud com next morning.

Then we started playing cricket within the room that nite and took a couple of funny snaps ... we had pillow fights ... then again chatted for a long time and finally went to bed.

    9th June 2004, Wednesday, 6.30 am (Madurai):
we had coffee in a nearby shop and quickly got ourselves ready. Raman had arranged for a van to take us to Kodai.

We left at around 7 am. We had break-fast in a hotel on the way and started off to Kodai. In the van, we took a few snaps, we sang (rather screamed) as loud as possible, along with the ayutha ezhuthu song that was being played in the van. For the 'Fana' song, we replaced it with 'Thalla' & teased our thallai, Arun.

On the way, we saw a falls. It was such an amazing view, a falls & a dam nearby ... a lake ... all surrounded by mountains ... it was such a breathtaking sight ...

We finally reached Kodai at around 11 am and 1st visited Coaker's walk. It was simply a long stretch of walk, but the slight drizzles and the cool climate made it a wonderful experience. We saw the mist covering the trees besides us ... eachone of us was trying to see thru the mist to find something real ... the mountains, trees, falls and lot more were partly visible behind the mist. It was all so natural & panoramic that it can least by appreciated by simply words.

We then went to a church ... it was Sriram who was appreciating the christian culture so much, their way of telling prayers and many more.

Then we went to the pine forest. This was also an awesome experience, we were surrounded by around thousand trees ... it was sensational, very impressive ... for a person like Mani Ratnam, he wud plan to take his next movie there, if he sees it ! It was so amazing.

Then we went on to Guna caves (named after the movie Guna which was shot there) ... it was a bit of trecking that we had to do to reach to that place ... it was well protected with fence as it was around 500 ft deep ! we took a few snaps out there & finally left that place.

the slight drizzles became heavier & started to rain ... so we cud not continue visiting any further places ... so thought we'll have our lunch ... so we went to a hotel called Hilltop, which provided with a pure veg restaurant & besides it, a non-veg restaurant too. it was a fabulous restaurant ... every1 was happy abt its service & food.

we then went to the lake ... since there was a boat race going on, we cud not go for boating, nevertheless, we enjoyed all the other aspects of the trip. we then went for cycling around the lake ... took some snaps ...

we finally reached the youth hostel where we had earlier booked a dormitory ... we played inside the room itself ... cricket as well as throwing & catching the ball ...

we later went to a nearby restaurant for dinner ... we finally slept after a tired day ...

    10th June 2004, Thursday, 7 am (Kodai):
we had coffee in the youth hostel's hotel itself ... and later went for breakfast to a nearby hotel ... it was very good ... we went for a few places like moir’s point view, suicide point, pine forest (once again by public demand !), govt. park & another private park. all these places were of scenic beauty & we took a lot of snaps ... the parks were so colourful ... so many different types of flowers ... plants, trees & so on ... its a rare sight for people in Chennai to c these things ...

we then went for lunch to the same restaurant where we had breakfast ... then we went to the lake ... still, no boating because of the boat race ... raman & madhu went for horse riding ... while sriram was attracted by an artist to whom he asked to sketch his face ... i'll tell u what ... the artist did a great job ... the sketch that he drew was so much like sriram itself ... seeing the sketch, arun also decided to give it a try ... even his sketch came out very well ... anything natural & artistic need to be appreciated, isn't it ... it was really good.

in the meanwhile, suresh, lash, ash, madhu, ramkey, munni & myself went for roller-skating ... it was a truely amazing experience as none of us knew skating ... but every1 of us wanted to give it a try ... we fell a thousand times each ... but again tried to skate each time we fell ... we had races among ourselves ... it was fun ... we enjoyed it ...

it was already around 4.45 pm, so we decided to leave to Madurai ... so we all got into the van & left. while comin back, we took a few snaps inside & outside the van. i thought the driver really got irritated with us as he drove very rashly ... we kept him waiting for a long time to take snaps …

finally we reached madurai at around 8.30 pm ... we thought of going to some movie out there ... but every1 was so tired that we had to drop that idea ... we then again had some pillow fights, played room cricket ... & slept off soon after having dinner in a nearby restaurant.

    11th June 2004, Friday, 8.30 am (Madurai):
the guys were all so tired that they woke up at around 8-8.30 only. some of us had planned to visit the Meenakshi temple ... some wanted to go to a Perummal temple & sriram & ash wanted to visit sriram's school.

the guys left to their respective places at around 9 am. suresh, arun, bala, munni & myself took raman's friend to guide us to the Meen. temple. we took 2 auto rickshaws & left to the temple.

madhu, lash, ramkey & v.b left to a nearby Perummal temple by auto. having seen the temple, they had time to go to a nearby restaurant to have their breakfast. Kailash, in this trip, always ordered only for ghee roast (!). v.bharath had an upset stomach, so did'nt have anything ...

sriram & ashwanth went to sriram's school by auto. sriram was staying in madurai for around 6 years & did his schooling there ... but never got an opportunity to go to Kodai ... so it was his 'dream comes true' situation ... very memorable for him ... also, he wanted to visit his school & his teachers ... he was accompanied by ashwanth ... most of the teachers recognised sriram which made him feel really happy ...

when we went to the Meenakshi temple, it was pretty crowded ... anyway, we got good darshanam & having finished seeing the temple, we bought a couple God idles ... at that time ...

vidi: hey arun, soon da, its getting late, lets leave ...
suresh: alrite guys, lets leave, balaji, come soon da ...
bala: machan, i'll just pay for this & come ... munni, hold this (giving a God idle to munni) ...
munni: hey, where have we kept our slippers ...
guide (ramanathan's friend): its in the other entrance, lets go there ...
balaji: hey, i'll pay for the archanai items da, just wait ...
suresh: u guys come da, we'll take an auto & leave ...
suresh, munni & arun got into an auto & left to Abirami lodge (ramanathan's lodge) ... the guide, balaji & myself took another auto1 & left ...

    Auto3:
madhu: hey look there … its ramanathan … what’s he doing here …
kailash: he wud have come to chase us out of his lodge da …
madhu: I think we r the first to come …

    Auto1:
vidi: hey … I think we have come before others da …
    balaji: there … there’s suresh’s auto …

the guys get out of their autos … and are abt to cross the road to go to the lodge …

arun: hey … madhu’s already come da … look up … he’s standing there …
suresh: machan … their temple wud have not been that crowded maybe … hey, what’s raman standing here for … cancelled his trip or what …

Room 29: (sri, ash, mun, bala & madhu)
sriram: man ... it was a great visit da ... my school's changed a lot ... but not the teachers !
munni: alrite da ... u save some for the train ...
ashwanth: shave ? munni … ni athulaye yerru …
munni: aay … save da … aaay !
balaji: sriram ... u missed it da ... meen. temple was so beautiful ...
sriram: my school is my favorite temple da ...
    balaji: oooooooooooohhhhh !
ashwanth: apparam, anthu athu ... !!!

    Room 40: (suresh & arun)
suresh: yenna thalla ... for whom r those gifts ...
arun: oh no ... now dont start off ... its just for me ...
    suresh: ok ... ok ... continue ...
arun: if I show this to uvraj sir, that’s all … he’ll start eating it … !
suresh: machan … true da … don’t ever show it to him … then he’ll say … ‘yenna pa … prasadama pa … & start eating it !’

the guys got ready & suresh, v.b, lash, ash, madhu, bala & ramkey left to the railway station by 11.40 ... then sri, arun, munni & myself, took another auto & started to leave but suddenly ... the lodge keeper was asking for one of the room keys ... but none of us had it ... we told him we'll go to the station & ask the other guys if they had it ... and the keeper agreed & suggested to send the keys through the automan itself ... so we left & reached the station & asked the guys ... and v.b had it with him ... we quickly called the automan & gave it to him. we later called up the lodge keeper & confirmed the receipt of the keys.

the time was 12 & the train had not yet arrived ... we were waiting for the guruvayur express that wud bring us back to chennai ... as we were waiting, i just thought of the wait we had ... 3 days back ... same time ... same feeling ...

as I was thinking, the train arrived ... most of us did not have our breakfast ... so we ordered for it in the train itself ... as the train was going towards chennai, each1 of us really felt that we were going to miss those 3 days in our lives ... we also felt that the next time we plan for such a trip, the whole class shud participate ... we reached chennai at around 8.30 pm ...

It was really such a memorable trip indeed ... :)

    Speed thrills but kills

There are so many people on the road we see who ride their bikes so fast & "rash". Being one of them let me tell from our point of view why we do so .. Most of us do not intend to "attract" gals by riding fast (of course, there are some people who do that too) ..

Anyways, it’s just that we want to be fast, maybe we might have enough time to reach our destinations, however, we enjoy driving fast, it’s really thrilling !! The way we are able to maneuver our vehicles is too exciting & it makes us feel proud that we're driving so well & beating everyone else .. Of course, everyone loves to be first, rite :) ?

Now looking from a different dimension, even I’ve wondered so many times that by driving fast, I might get enjoyment, but it’s at the "cost" of others :( There are so many people who might end up cursing me .. Cos though they were not driving fast, because of me being rash, they might sometimes get affected too, so obviously their argument stands good ..

Recently, I met with a small accident (maybe as a result of their cursing ;)). I was going along with my friend to office, early in the morning. I want to specify certain points:

    1. I was NOT driving fast, so things went quiet simple
    2. I did not cause injuries to other people on the road
    3. My friend and I were not injured THAT badly as such
    4. Nothing happened to my bike
    5. A skid caused this accident

Now, I’d like to express a small character of me over here. Being a Gemini myself, I'm quite an egoistic person. Let me be really frank .. If I’d driven fast & met with an accident, my ego will not allow me to drive slow next time cos I’ll feel as though I cannot change because of this accident for which I was no way responsible for.

Though I was "supposed" to have had fear, my ego will not let me accept the fact that I hereafter fear driving fast, instead I’ll simply want to put the blame on something else when everyone would have told me that the reason was - I WAS DRIVING FAST.

But check out what God has done, as an ever "admirer" of God & his brilliant moves, I also admired Him this time. I met with an accident when I was driving really slowly, there was no possible mistake from my end, but still the end result - I UNDERSTOOD that "Speed Thrills but kills".

Each one needs to be handled one way, so God knew how to handle me, so to make me understand this, He proved that I need not really meet with an accident only while I was driving fast, rather I can meet anytime.
This has resulted in me to REALLY have FEAR in me to drive fast now .. As it made me realize a lot of points:

    1. What if I was taking my parents / wife, instead of my friend, they would not have found it easy to get out of the bike quickly as my friend did ..
    2. What if I was driving fast ?
    3. What if I caused injuries to other people on the road ?
    4. What if my friend and I were badly injured ?
    5. What if my bike got heavy damages ? (I love my bike ;))
    6. Instead of just a skid, what if I had met with a bigger accident ?

I really thank God for keeping it simple and still make me fully understand that - SPEED THRILLS, BUT KILLS !!

    Dreams

I recently heard one of my friends who said she goes to bed probably at 12.30-1.00 and wakes up by 4 am. I immediately wanted to know the reason why she spent so little time sleeping, for which she said she wanted to enjoy each & every moment of life to the fullest, instead of wasting time by sleeping.

Well, I surely feel we need to appreciate anyone who wishes to enjoy life to the fullest by sacrificing (for us sacrificing, however for her it may not be the case) one’s sleep. However, I’m not the one who’ll say “sleeping is good for health, one should sleep for at least 6-8 hours a day” and stuff like that (nevertheless the statistics are of course true !!). All I’m saying is, when we sleep, we get dreams and I’m a big fan of “Dreams” :) I surely don’t want to miss them or enjoy them for a short period of time.

By the way, why or how are dreams formed ? Of course, each one might come up with different reasons or theories. So here is mine: We perform a lot of activities in our day to day life. We also think a lot on most occasions and we also talk about different things to the people around us.

But it happens so that some or many of these activities get interfered, i.e, we don’t complete the activity fully. During half way through a conversation about Sachin, someone interferes and we start talking about something else. Or maybe we wanted to say something to someone, but when we meet that person we forget to tell them that.

So where are these “incomplete data” stored in our minds ? Well, who really cares about that ;) Anyways, once we go to sleep, these incomplete thoughts or data are all grouped together by our brain and some meaningful story is created out of it.

Most of us would have had an exercise in our 4th or 5th standard where there’ll be hints given and we had to form a story based on that outline. This is very similar, where our (intelligent) brain tends to form a story based on these incomplete data. But on most occasions, it may not make complete sense to us (come on, don’t tell me whatever you wrote on your exams alone made complete sense ;) .. even there it was you, even here, its your brain only :))

So that’s the reason we’ll be traveling in a lift, suddenly we’ll find ourselves in a car going to some unknown place along with our favorite hero / heroine & end up having a fight with a close friend of ours right in our home itself about a cricket match. (Now don’t ask if I got such a dream, partly it’s true  but remaining was my build up ;))

However, some assumptions I want to make are that we cannot really control our minds to get some particular dream because as per my explanation above, the collection of thoughts that we had forgotten are consolidated into a dream, obviously we cannot intentionally forget something.

Moreover, we don’t get dreams when we are in deep sleep. Deep sleep is something really peaceful; we don’t get easily disturbed during that time. However, only when we are half asleep, we get dreams. About controlling dreams, I guess we need a separate session for it. Its time for me to go to bed people, wish you Sweet Dreams ;)

    Relocation

I’m a software engineer working in Bangalore. As for my schooling, UG & PG, I did them all in Chennai. So this makes it approximately 23 years spent in my hometown. But now, being away from it, I really miss home :(.

I just thought for a while, there’ll surely be so many people here at Bangalore, who might have spent their schooling, UG & PG & end up working at Chennai. At this point in time, even they would feel unhappy to work there, similarly to that of me working here.

What if we are given a chance to relocate / swap our places ? We can work in the place we full heartedly would love to work at. It would totally be a win-win situation. Both of us would surely be happy to work in our respective hometowns. It would obviously be good to be back home :).

But why has God separated us from our homes ? Is this what we call as fate ? Or should we take it in a good sense that we should learn to be independent ? In my stay away from home for the past 6 months, I should surely confess that I have learnt a lot, experienced a lot, more than anything else, I know what life is .. Only now.

But why should such learning come from hardships ? Let us assume that I can somehow get a transfer and go back to my hometown. Still if we get an onsite opportunity, how many can really reject it saying they can’t leave home ? Well, I’m telling only about those who would not be willing to leave home. I fall under that category.

Even during my job’s interview, I was asked if I can take up any relocation, but of course, I wanted to get the job, so I had to say a confirmed “Yes” ! Maybe those who can “anyway” get a job could have told no, but I didn’t have the guts to do all that.

In the present day’s world, I feel its high time people learn to start living away from their homes. We need to at some point miss our homes. So its better we don’t get addicted to our homes. I really don’t like to spread any sort of a “negative” force, however, the positive point that I find in this solution is that we should learn to adjust. After all, that’s how we can enjoy the precious moments God’s given us, right ?

    Consistency ..

What if Sachin scores centuries in all the matches ? what if all of Illayaraja's songs in a movie sound great ? What if we are all able to get good marks in all are exams always ? And what if we can get a good name from everyone everytime ?

All these may sound good, but why isnt it happening ? Simply because, we lack "Consistency". Then how is it that we were able to produce those good stuffs atleast a few times ? So does luck play or interfere in our creations ? There are so many such questions we can ask, but in reality, can we really "determine" when we CAN be consistent & when we may not be consistent ?

What will happen when we dont perform when it really matters ? Our frenz & well wishers trust us, we trust ourselves & our talents, but when we are not sure if we'll be able to perform or not, at some given point, then why has God given us that talent ? In a tight situation if Sachin doesnt score, dont we feel like kicking him .. ?

As a matter of fact, we can also say that God Himself is not consistent in His creations. Why cant He create all of us handsome / beautiful ? Well, at this point, i know what everyone'll say - all of us have been given something / some talent unique & special & its upto us to explore it .. So therefore, from this dimension, can we assume that all our creations also should have something unique or good, but unless we really explore our own creations, we may not be able to convince ourselves that its a creation worth being proud of ?

Everyone loves to be consistent, so what are these 'x' factors avoiding us from being consistent ? A student says, "I studied everything except for that single question, so i lost 20 marks" .. A cricketer blames the pitch for not scoring .. And a musician says there are only 7 swaras & nothing can be done .. and what more, for God, we have a readymade answer saying it was God, so surely everyone is blessed with something or the other, we have to explore it .. but only God knows what we are all really blessed with .. !!

I'm surely confident about the fact that being consistent is completely dependent on that particular individual. When we're able to apply our minds & concentrate once, we should make it a HABIT !! We are able to brush our teeth properly everyday, take bath properly everyday, so arent these jobs, which were once "taught" to us ?? we've mastered it so much that even without much concentration we can perform them well.

Having said that, now here comes into the picture an important & a very dangerous entity called "Mind". For some, our heart rules, but for others, their mind rules (which is ofcourse a good sign). However, it does not really happen for anyone to be able to keep their minds in complete control always. I've noted that when we're phychologically in a good position, we'll be able to have control over our minds but when we're down, nothing seems to go our way.

Take for example the Australlian cricket team, almost everyone are able to perform well .. why ? Cos they're in their optimum level of confidence. The previous wins make them believe that they can still keep it going. More wins keep their morale high. But why is this logic not applicable for a student or a single player or for a musician ? So team work is the only solution ? Surely not necessary, as for obvious reasons we know that a team is formed by "individuals" only.

Finally, here's the solution, we need to practice the art of NOT mixing up the roles we play in our lives. We play different roles in our lives, a son / daughter, brother / sister, friend, employee or even a stranger to someone or the other. But we tend to reflect our office tension to our family members & family problems in our work at office. A negative force in one role gets reflected in another role of ours which affects our performance.

If we understand that each role is different & that we should "dedicate" our minds to that particular role during that particular time, most of our problems will be solved & can possibly be able to control our minds as well, thus making ourselves shift to a higher psychological position.

And as discussed earlier, when we're in a phychologically good position, we can also be more consistent in our performances. Though its a mixture of solutions we need to follow to become consistent, as a starter, it would be a great practice for us to dedicate ourselves to each role & avoid mix up / interference of roles.

So the next time we should not be a "professional" son / daughter or a "brotherly" student. Never let your roles interefere one another. Thank you for reading until this point ;) !!

    Daffodils - My version ;)

I was walking along a stream,
Eating some biscuits filled with cream
The stream lead me to some hills,
Where I found some beautiful Daffodils !

I plucked one with my hand,
For my surprise, I heard some band,
    I quickly left the place,
    Walking at a good pace

    I suddenly had a boom,
I opened my eyes & saw my room,
Then I understood, the hills came in my dream,
And the beautiful Daffodils, near the stream.

A small, little, tiny thought ...

Here's something I'd like to share... Each of our perception's differ, so dont get mad at me :P !!

Now let's assume you decide to mold a clay doll. I'm sure you can guess the challenges involved in that, the amount of time & effort that wud be required... And soon after your done, you'll really want to show it to your frenz to get feedback for your 'creation'! What happens if your frenz see it & dont pass any comments at all? Wudnt you be upset about that?

So, when you expect someone to give you feedback on a CLAY doll, just think for a moment, GOD has created millions and billions of dolls, which have in them something called LIFE and been given a tag as HUMANS and ANIMALS and all other living things. I know its GOD, but i still feel we need to appreciate Him for His works.

So, the moral of the story is that the next time when you come across a handsome looking guy or a gorgeous gal, please dont turn the other side, rather, think positively and try to appreciate GOD's lively doll.

Frenz, the above is NOT INTENDED TO CONVEY ANY IDEA THAT IS WRONG OR INETHICAL, AS FAR AS THE WAY YOU LOOK AT PEOPLE IS GOOD, MY IDEA IS CONVEYED. I'm no way trying to say sightadikarathu romba correct, but sightadikarathukum, othar azhaga yerukanga, apadi solarethukkum, nariyave difference yerruku.
